Delete your Rumora account

In-app: Open Rumora → ProfileSettingsDelete account → confirm. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.

By email: If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address on your account to hello@rumora.io with the subject "Delete my account".

If you bought a Rumora Pro subscription, your purchase record at Apple or Google is owned by them and is not affected by your Rumora account deletion. To cancel the subscription, see the next section.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google directly. Deleting your Rumora account does not auto-cancel an active subscription — cancel separately:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Rumora Pro → Cancel.

Android: Play Store → menu → Subscriptions → Rumora Pro → Cancel.

Tap the rumour → "Why this medal?" → Flag. We review flagged scores weekly. You can also email us with details.

I want to be removed from your journalist scoreboard

Email hello@rumora.io with your byline and outlet. We'll review and respond within 7 days.

Can I host my own Rumora instance?

Not currently. Reach out if you're interested in an enterprise arrangement.
