App crashing? Sign-in broken? Wrong medal score? Send a short description, your device model, and a screenshot if you have one. See the support page for common questions first.

Account deletion

Fastest: in-app at Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you can't access the app, email from the address on your account with subject "Delete my account".

Journalists — disputing a score

If you're a journalist and want your score reviewed or a contested rumour re-graded, email with your byline, outlet, and the URL of the rumour. We'll review and respond within 7 days.

Beta access

Closed Testing is invite-only via Google Play right now. The fastest path is the beta signup form on the home page — we email an opt-in link once your slot opens.

What not to email

Rumora is not a primary news desk. We don't break stories, vet leaks, or accept tip-offs about specific rumours — we score journalists who do that work.
